空中巴士在法國圖魯斯，將第8000架空中巴士飛機交給亞洲航空，這架A320客機將由該集團的印尼亞洲航空使用。

對於第8000架飛機的交機，空中巴士總裁兼執行長Fabrice Bregier表示，隨著全球經濟面臨挑戰日漸嚴峻，空中巴將繼續創新，以及提供最有效率的產品與服務。目前空中巴士已接到超過1萬3000架飛機訂單，並且已將8千架飛機交給全球近500家客戶，包括台灣的中華航空、長榮航空與復興航空。每隔兩秒鐘，就有一架空中巴士飛機起飛或降落。
