我朋友明天要出國了, 他上網申請香港電子簽證很順利,也列印了下來, 結果現在才發現他的出生地在巴拉圭 (但持有中華民國護照及身分證) , 現已來不及辦台胞證, 現不知怎麼辦? 是否有人有同樣的情況, 但成功入境的case?
