首屆移民行政特考共122位新任移民官，今天上午在馬英九總統的見證下完成結業儀式。首屆移民行政特考在2011年舉行，當時有高達1萬7千多人報考，最後僅錄取129人，經過長達1年的訓練，最後122人及格結訓，馬總統在移民署大禮堂與他們一一握手致賀。

馬總統致詞時說，來台觀光人數愈來愈多，旅客對台灣的第一印象，就是移民官的服務態度，期勉新任移民官們應該具備國際觀。
