【王玉樹／台北報導】蘇力過境，經濟部水利署共對8個縣市發佈「一級淹水警戒區」，包括北部宜蘭壯圍、新竹五峰與苗栗南庄獅潭，中部台中、彰化、南投，南部的嘉義與高雄桃源，目前尚未解除警戒，正由地方政府採取因應措施中。

水利署指出，凌晨基隆廟口、宜蘭三星、礁溪與新北市泰山4個地區曾達到積淹水警戒，淹水30公分左右，經過抽水與雨量減小，水量現都已退去。目前石門水庫、明德水庫、石岡壩都因滿庫正在洩洪，其餘中南部阿公店、天輪、牡丹水庫等也都將進行調節性洩洪，水利署呼籲民眾今天千萬不要進入這些水庫的河川區域內活動，以免發生意外。
