老舊公寓樓上亂到水

幾年前買的老舊公寓~住在這裡4年了~
住家有4層我住三樓~樓上4樓老是在到水.....
前陽台他們種花每天晚上都會在那理到水就算了.....
後陽台也是....今天清晨台風來襲....中午我就開始清洗陽台....
當我把後陽台洗好差不多要離開時....突然樓上到大量ㄉ水...天阿
我就剛好站在我家陽台中間....瞬間我變落湯雞了...
而且他到ㄉ水還是黃色黏黏的超噁心的......我該怎麼辦...
我真的受不了他們了啦~他們是這邊住戶公認的惡鄰....又不肯跟人溝通....
我家陽台上面的透明擋雨版都破ㄌ一塊一塊每次一有水就開始滴....
我頭好痛....希望有好心人可以跟我分享經驗.....
