張盛和：經濟指標創高 台股健康

財政部長張盛和看好台灣經濟基本面相當好，經濟指標「全部創新高」，包含外銷訂單、出口金額、景氣燈號等，帶動股市表現在正常健康的軌道上。

金融監督管理委員會主委曾銘宗表示，外資累積到22日匯入資金1939.7億美元，相較於至6月底累積匯入1930.26億美元，外資持續淨匯入。

張盛和與曾銘宗今天出席經貿國是會議，對記者作以上表示。

曾銘宗表示，今年整體經濟成長率還有3%，資金仍然充裕，而且上市櫃公司上半年營收有14.1兆元，年增率5.5%，從這3方面看來，維持審慎樂觀的態度。

至於外界批評，各國維持寬鬆政策，熱錢匯入亞洲，將影響亞洲經濟。外資至6月底已經連續10個月匯入，曾銘宗指出，外資累積到22日匯入資金是1939.7億美元，相較於至6月底累積匯入1930.26億美元，7月22日仍然淨匯入7.44億美元，金管會持續觀察外資流動的情形。
