富豪最愛居住地　首選摩納哥

據「MarketWatch」網站7月23日報導，美國商業雜誌「Spear's Magazine」和倫敦財富諮詢機構「WealthInsight」聯合進行了一項調查，評選出全球富豪最熱衷的5大居住地，這5個居住地全都集中在歐洲。 WealthInsight分析師威廉姆斯稱，優惠的稅收制度和絕佳的地理位置是富豪們考慮居住地的兩大因素。調查中的富豪指的是淨資產超過100萬美元的人士。 　　

最受富豪喜愛的居住地第一名為摩納哥，29.21%的富豪選擇在此居住，其中包括網壇明星喬科維奇。第二名是瑞士蘇黎世，27.34%的富豪選擇在此居住，其中包括歌手蒂娜透納。 第三為瑞士日內瓦，17.92%的富豪選擇在此居住，其中包括生物製藥富商埃內斯托貝爾塔雷利。第四美國紐約，4.63%的富豪選擇在此居住，其中包括美國地產大亨川普。第五為德國法蘭克福，3.88%的富豪選擇在此居住，其中包括BMW大股東斯特芬科萬特。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
