法務部強調　洪案須嚴守審判權分際

【綜合報導】法務部和國防部二度聯合召開記者會，法務部次長陳明堂強調雙方必須理性判斷、分工合作才能調查真相，提醒公權力要謹慎行事、要法制絕不能人治且嚴守審判權分際。

陳明堂指出，國防部長高華柱已要求軍中同仁誠實面對，依法偵辦，資訊透明，決不隱瞞事實，軍法司法機關一定遵守制度，不可亂法制。
