標題[請益] 是要去白領族，還是要當op？

是這樣的.....小魯現在24.... 有在矽品做過op..... 但是一直感覺op永遠只能是op 最多做到萬年領班..... 後來離職後，有想去補習學繪圖，但是聽了很多以前做過白領族的朋友說：為什麼我們白領做到最後寧肯去做op 也不肯再繼續找白領的工作繼續做！可是我一直覺得做白領族的才有機會升遷，加薪等等但做op做20年最多領班，而且也要老闆喜歡你才會加的多..... 真的很想問：做op真的有比做白領好嗎？抱歉手機排版傷各位的眼鏡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.79.48.174 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1404602395.A.DA4.html
