南韓療養院火災 疑是失智病人縱火

南韓警方表示，全羅南道長城郡療養院28日造成21人喪生的火災慘劇，似乎是一位81歲的阿茲海默症老人縱火造成。

長城郡的一位警官表示，閉路電視影片顯示，這位81歲的失智病患在二樓的儲藏室縱火，該病人已被收押。
