我在 5/9 號跟中華電信買了一隻 SONY Z2,拿到機器的時候好好的,結果在第六天, 背面玻璃自己裂掉,真是倒楣,我只能任由客服人員看一眼就說,人為因素, 然後客服再來就跟機器人一樣,在也討論不出新結果了. 我在想.. 就算是拿去鑑定,應該也是說我自己摔到的,可是事實上,我真的沒摔到也沒壓到他. 我是不懂機構,但是誰能幫我看看我自己能做甚麼替自己申冤嗎?
