大陸人民銀行官方微博發布訊息表示，日前有關於人行再度出手整頓第三方支付機構銀行卡收單業務的所謂外包管理試點，以及各地將成立支付機構管理辦公室等報報導，與事實不符。

人行指出，支付機構銀行卡收單業務已在2013年發布的《銀行卡收單業務管理辦法》中作了明確規定。人行將繼續按照鼓勵創新、規範服務的總體要求，促進互聯網金融持續健康穩步發展。

近日有訊息傳出，人行支付司正在協調各省份人行，成立第三方支付機構管理辦公室，以後各地區的代理都要通過支付公司報備，未報備的視為無證經營將被取締並處罰。
