巴克萊：iWatch可能配備紫外線感測器

巴克萊分析師柯蒂斯（Blayne Curtis）在最新公布的報告中指出，市場傳聞已久的蘋果智慧手表「iWatch」，可能具備偵測紫外線的功能。

柯蒂斯表示，美國德州Silicon Labs 2月發表號稱是業界第一款單晶片數位紫外線指數偵測器，對希望在競爭激烈市場脫穎而出的蘋果等OEM廠商，極具吸引力。

值得注意的是，除了偵測紫外線，這款感應器還有其他功能，例如協助分析心跳、脈搏與血氧濃度，並透過紅外線與環境光感測距離和使用者手勢。

這款多功能晶片僅2平方公釐，而且與蘋果傳出正在研發的智慧表功能吻合，獲iWatch採用的可能性高。分析師已揣測蘋果將推出類似的光電裝置，蘋果最近也從血氧計大廠Masimo找來多名前主管助陣。

柯蒂斯預估，若iWatch如傳言般在今年稍後推出，年底前銷售可望上看1,000萬支。
