烏克蘭代理總統 籲釋放空軍總司令

親俄武裝分子22日以火砲、閃光彈襲擊克里米亞首府塞凡堡的貝爾貝克空軍基地，該基地總司令馬卻爾（Yuliy Mamchur）被帶走。這是克島本周第二起司令遭親俄分子「綁架」的案例。烏克蘭代理總統圖奇諾夫23日發表聲明，稱馬卻爾遭「劫持」，呼籲親俄分子釋放馬卻爾。

烏克蘭位於塞凡堡的海軍總部19日遭親俄自衛隊和民眾闖入占領，總司令海達克被帶走偵訊。烏克蘭國防部要求俄方3小時內交人，俄國國防部硬是拖到6小時後才放人。
