都更條例有進度 下次討論保留條文

立法院內政委員會上午審查都更條例修正案，但因下午緊接審查服貿協議，且民進黨立委認為，都更未經充分討論，不應急於送出委員會，因此提案變更議程，改為審查都更條例。在協商宣讀通過共識與保留條文後，主席張慶忠宣布，下次再開會討論保留條文。
