化工業放流水標準加嚴　新增氨氮管制

環保署訂定新的化工業放流水標準，除原有管制項目外，將氨氮分2階段列入管制，並新增14項有機物及2項重金屬， 今開公聽會邀科技業、石化產業討論，業者都願意配合削減污染措施。各項新管制預計7月1日起陸續實施。

環保署說，因氨氮排入環境水體後，會消耗水中溶氧，造成水質惡化、水體優養化及危害水中生物等情形，而部分有機化合物致癌性較高、特定製程使用的重金屬亦可能排入水體，有必要納入管制。

環保署說，化工業的氨氮管制，依既（新）設業者，新設業者的限值為20 毫克／公升，自發布日施行。既設業者依是否具高含氮製程區分，非高含氮製程之既設業者限值為20 毫克，自7月1日施行，如需進行工程等改善措施者，得提出放流水污染物削減管理計畫，經核定並依計畫內容執行者，其管制得延後至2016年7月1日施行。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
