改造房屋可大可小
最簡單最省錢的方式就是把樓梯的階梯整平變成無障礙空間
不過相對的如果本來的斜度太陡下樓梯可能會像溜滑梯比較危險

如果你要改造成一般的電梯房屋有結構力的問題
加上你要打通各層樓的地板才可以做成一般電梯
但是一般電梯是最OK 也是最貴的選擇

座椅電梯等於是把一張椅子安裝在扶手上面
靠電線跟軌道爬上樓去
優點是比一般電梯便宜
加上電梯椅子上樓的時候所需的空間和扶手的強度不夠的話可能要換扶手
以及扶手上的齒輪巢
加上長輩每次上下樓梯都要攙扶一次坐上電梯椅
都是另一個困擾

所以還是建議你選擇改造房屋把長輩的房間改到一樓會比較實際
