華南金尾牙 劉燈城宣布加薪

華南金今天在圓山飯店舉辦歲末尾牙，金控董事長劉燈城致詞時表示，華南金去年稅後純益100.52億元，較2012年成長13%，創金融海嘯以來新高，更是集團近十年來次高紀錄。

響應政府加薪政策，劉燈城也透露，以計畫將獲利實質回饋給員工，將依各子公司將依產業屬性、獲利情形及員工個人績效，予以調整加薪幅度，儘管未透露加薪幅度，但據了解，水準應與同業差不多，應有3%左右。
