魚友詢問該遊戲ＦＢ幣如何領取，該會員並無實質給予解答，更甚於無的放矢，在毫無實際證據下，指責魚友貼出連結為騙人。

經板務兩度警告必須提出指正事實，否則依毀謗事實給予處分，警告後仍無佐證事實，無視自己過錯，並出言不遜，視為惡意藐視網路禮儀以及刻意以為網路言論可隨意。
