涉嫌散布不實訊息 檢調再搜富味鄉

芝麻油大廠富味鄉公司涉入假油案，遭檢調調查，案件剛爆發時，富味鄉立即召開記者會，強調所有棉籽油產品均外銷；新北地檢署查出富味鄉產品明明有在國內銷售，其行為已涉犯《證交法》散布不實資料及內線交易等罪嫌。

今天上午，新北檢方指揮調查局新北市調處幹員，分頭搜索富味鄉位於五股區公司及彰化廠，將董事長陳文南等27人帶回新北市調處偵訊，預計晚間移送地檢署複訊。
