埔里郊區電纜遭竊近2千公尺　殃及農作物

【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里鎮郊區電纜線近日頻遭竊，連農作物都遭殃。台電埔里服務所長張世銘指出，7月至今已有80處近2000公尺電纜線被偷，損失千餘萬，工程人員表示，昨晚就發生3起，「實在太囂張！」

張世銘指出，偷竊集團分工負責探路、收線、賤賣銷贓，除了一般住宅供電，也專偷史港、愛蘭、桃米等郊區茭白筍夜間照明、抽水設施電線，不僅工程人員疲於奔命復舊，農民辛苦種的茭白筍苗，超過3天沒有照明就報廢，損失慘重。埔里警分局副分局長楊登耀指出，已通報各轄區派出所加強夜間巡邏。
