急!花蓮美侖飯店員工宿舍所需用品及須知有哪些?

我1月底要從新竹搬到美侖的員工宿舍(要住到8月底)，但我對於宿舍狀況完全是一頭霧水，不知道該如何準備行李、所需的物品有哪些?
還有宿舍中有那些設備和禁忌?
宿舍附近有哪些店家?
若要到市區和火車站有哪些交通工具可以搭乘?
若需熱開水，該去何處才有?

P.S.我真的很困擾呀!
上網都查詢不到相關資訊，已經被奶奶罵了很久啦! (T^T)
