【張勵德／台北報導】今年首波強烈大陸冷氣團於今日下半天逐漸南下，中央氣象局上午發布入秋以來首波低溫特報，明起至周六受到強烈大陸冷氣團及輻射冷卻效應雙重影響，氣溫明顯偏低，尤其明晚到周六清晨台南以北、東北部沿海空曠處及金門、馬祖早晚將有攝氏10度左右低溫，提醒民眾要做好防寒準備，農漁養殖業者也要嚴防寒害。
