立院三讀　狼師性騷擾、性侵最重可解聘

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午三讀通過《性別平等教育法》修正案，原本依《性平法》，校園性騷擾、性侵害與性霸凌的加害人，學校或主管機關僅可要求向被害人道歉，或是接受8小時的性平教育，本法修法後，增加可以給予申誡、記過、解聘或不續聘之處分。

國民黨立委陳學聖表示，現行《教師法》、《教育人員任用條例》都已可將狼師排除在校園之外，《性平法》修法，是讓法規更完備。
