有什麼方法可以用簡單.不用花太多錢的方式知道我被跟蹤?

我跟別人或自己出去,某人就會突然說你在?? (說中了,而且好多次)問她怎麼知道她也不肯說,

我懷疑手機or車子,但要什麼方法查到最快?

假如手機google 沒開ˋ地圖已關...對方(在一起過)曾經要衛星定位我,可是我沒答應也沒使用,

所以衛星定位有可能嗎?

車子要怎麼檢查才不用花錢?

被跟監的感覺很不好..需要解救..
