代書是人,不是神,他要調謄本,查土地現值,土地前次,持有年限,還要查房屋現值.
不然怎麼算出增值稅,贈與稅,這樣才能規劃最好的移轉方式.
還有,你提供的資訊也不足,如用買賣能否提出支付贈明,房屋是否自用住宅...
都會影響稅金.
