【胡守得／台北報導】2010年英商CEO林克穎酒駕撞死送報生黃俊德，遭判刑4年確定，去年8月發監前在女友董玉琪協助下，冒用友人大衛的護照潛逃出境，今年2月再被判賠755萬元；後經我外交、法務部合力交涉司法互助奏效，今年10月17日英國終於根據我國刑事確定判決，逮捕林克穎並羈押於蘇格蘭愛丁堡法院中，明將第3次開庭，審理林聲請保釋案。

據了解，我國引用英國「2003年引渡法案」，已針對林克穎案和英國簽訂個案司法互助協定，並向愛丁堡法院聲請押解林克穎來台執行，有機會將林引渡回台。

林克穎案在英已引起各駐外媒體注意，多次向我外交部、法務部查證，外交部擔心司法互助曝光恐影響訴訟進行，始終不予回應，但林案明天再開庭，恐紙包不住火。
