YouBike被棄置 丟一個月無人理

議員批廠商只顧收罰金 無防竊管理

〔自由時報記者宋小海／台北報導〕台北市議員二週內分別發現五輛棄置YouBike，有些棄置車旁還有員警或停車收費員為機車開單紀錄，顯示YouBike棄置多時卻無人理會。議員們昨開記者會痛批廠商捷安特只管收罰金卻沒有防竊管理，諷刺市長郝龍斌想申辦二○一六年全球自行車大會，不如先辦尋車大會。

市議員童仲彥表示，有民眾發現YouBike棄置街頭超過一個月，通報1999專線及捷安特客服均無人處理，議員只好把車送往警局報案，後續又在萬大國小、國軍英雄館、內湖捷運站、台北火車站等地也發現棄置YouBike，還有三輛未列入協尋。

童仲彥質疑，韓國昌原市已為公共腳踏車「Nubija」建置ＧＰＳ定位系統，為何台灣不能。張茂楠也批評，失車多因民眾離車小憩而遭人牽走，捷安特因為可向失車民眾求償，就放任失車棄置。

捷安特發言人劉麗珠回應說，建置ＧＰＳ定位系統仍須評估，曾有孩童遺失車輛超過三個月卻未通報，計算此車營運損失超過十三萬五千元，最後家長主動賠償車價九千元。

交通局交通治理科科長劉嘉祐說，警方與捷安特已有聯繫窗口，將要求停管處的收費員發現失車積極回報。
