泰執政黨被判違憲 但免遭解散

泰國憲法法庭今天作出重大判決，裁定執政黨提出的修憲案「違憲」，但執政黨逃過解散的威脅。政治敵對勢力為此案在曼谷舉行大規模集會。

泰國政壇嚴重分裂，憲法法庭這項裁定獲得兩方政治勢力歡迎，親政府和反政府的人士都宣告勝利。

憲法法庭法官宣讀判決說：「法官駁回聲請解散政黨一案。」
