嚇阻不法 衛福部擬加重罰金五千萬

外界批評食品衛生管理法罰責過輕，以致不肖食品業者寧受處罰，也要大賺黑心錢。衛生福利部長邱文達上午在部務會議中指示研擬加重罰責，並在明天召開專案會議，擬將目前添加違法成分最高罰責，由1500萬元提高至3000萬元甚至5000萬元，且一罪一罰。

另外標示不實部分也將加重罰金，目前罰4萬至20萬元，未來擬提高至400萬元，等於加重百倍，同樣採一罪一罰。邱文達表示，希望透過重罰嚇阻及警告國內不肖業者，不要以身試法。

衛福部次長許銘能指出，已經啟動內部法規部門研商，一旦上路，將依違規事證重罰。
