微軟新一代遊戲機Xbox One將於11月22日亮相，光學鏡頭廠新鉅科（3630）擴產搶單，昨（1）日現金增資訂價，預計每股以90元溢價發行，將發行1,500萬股，將募集13.5億元資金，將用以償還銀行借款、充實營運資金及轉投資海外事業。

新鉅科為微軟概念股，Xbox One鏡頭主力供應商，近期因辦理現增，10月8日除權息，今（2）日為最後融券回補日，昨天融券餘額仍有1,902張。近日新鉅科股價軋空氣息濃厚，昨天終場拉尾盤作收111元，小跌0.5元，現資認股基準日為10月15日。

新鉅科第3季營收大躍增，8月營收以3.68億元創近年來單月新高，較7月翻倍成長，法人預估，9月營收持續上攻，有機會突破2010年11月締造4.38億元新高紀錄。

新鉅第2季稅後純益214萬元，擺脫連續六季虧損，每股純益0.02元，法人估計，第3季獲利將倍增，帶動前三季轉盈，今年獲利有機會創歷史新高。新鉅科上半年每股虧損約0.56元。

因應客戶訂單需求，新鉅科上半年在大陸東莞廠已先擴增50%，不過，由於訂單爆增，仍積極擴產中，或尋求其他供應商支應訂單，以滿足缺口。
