美國私募股權投資公司KKR今天表示，已決定收購青島海爾的10%股權，這是前者迄今在大陸進行的最大筆投資，藉此進一步涉足大陸家電市場。

據路透報導，兩家公司沒有透露交易價格，但一位知情人士稱，KKR支付大約5.50億美元，這是一周內KKR在亞洲達成的第3筆交易。

青島海爾市值約為58億美元。其股票在9月12日暫停交易，等待公布聲明。

對於青島海爾來說，這筆交易意味與全球性投資企業聯手，有助於海外市場的開拓。而對於KKR來說，這宗交易使其能夠以較便宜的價格入股一家大陸家電企業，踏入大陸繁榮的消費品市場。

外資企業一直設法進入大陸家電行業，根據諮詢機構歐睿國際（Euromonitor）資料，預計未來兩年大陸家電業規模將成長約20%，至1,050億美元。
