爬過文了沒看到有關永和健身院的介紹或心得這間位於智光對面的"永和健身院" 想請問板上有鄉民能夠分享一下那邊的心得嗎? 例如: 1.人會很多嗎?排隊排很久之類的... 2.氣氛如何?之前去南港運動中心會遇到那種在旁邊一直催你或是問你還剩幾下?然後在旁邊幫你算,搞得壓力很大=_=... 3.有教練會指導嗎?雖然我也可以自己做,但如果有專業教練指導方向會更好懇請有去過的鄉民分享一下,感恩! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.70.218.194
