彈劾馬英九？綠委：適當時機提出

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨表態將在立法院提案彈劾總統馬英九，民進黨團書記長吳秉叡今說，彈劾是方向，但蘇主席並未說何時提出，「會凝聚力量在適當時機提出」。綠委蔡其昌說，無論罷免、彈劾或倒閣都是政治動作，沒有實力就不會成功，「有機會才做，沒機會只會加深藍綠對立。」

綠委陳亭妃說，蘇主席說的彈劾應該是提醒馬英九違法違憲的意義較多，因為提案要二分之一立委席次才能成案，國民黨立委在現在馬英九的威權下，「對馬再不爽也不敢簽！」綠委李應元則準備針對國會議長黨籍遭撤銷就影響議長職務狀況，連署提案向大法官聲請釋憲。
