偷BMW不需5分鐘　竊車集團13人被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】以江姓男子(27歲)為首的竊車集團，專偷BMW高級車輛，從去年2月到7月間，在台中市區一共得手BMW14輛、1輛LANCER。得手後，再以6到25萬元不等賤賣，不法牟利近300萬元。
 
承辦檢察官張文傑指出，江男等的犯案手法，是先派人到路邊找尋目標，鎖定車輛後，江等4、5一行人開車到鎖定車輛旁，在多人把風下，由于姓男子(23歲)以不到1分鐘的時間開鎖，再由江持AK300電腦儀器讀取該車行車電腦，當場製造出一把晶片鎖，發動車輛、駛離現場，前後不超過5分鐘，相當神速。宛若電影《驚天動地60秒》現實版。

台中地檢署偵結，依竊盜、贓物罪等，將江男等13人提起公訴。
