【劉志原╱台北報導】立法院長王金平聲請假處分案，台北地院昨裁准他在「確認國民黨籍存在」訴訟判決確定前，可繼續行使國民黨黨員職權，台北地院今上午9點40分，已由民事執行處事務官，以專車親自將執行命令送至國民黨，即時起生效，王金平可暫保黨權，王金平的律師也在剛剛抵達法院，確認執行命令送出後才離開法院。
