照理說應該是吧 , 必須帳號要有相同等級的角色才可以買
假如你只有100等的角色 , 買的時候就會說無法購買才對

以50等角色卡為例子  ,  角色卡購買後 , 直接會在你的角色欄出現一個特別的空位,  點下去創玩角色之後 , 會出現一個一等的角色附上49張經驗值卷軸 ,

因此角色卡如果購買成功 , 一定是可以成長出角色 , 從這個觀點來看
等級不到標準一定是不能買角色卡的

所以說假如你真的只有100等角色要去買150的角色卡 , 在買的時候應該就會出現無法購買之類的警告 , 你可以去試試看 ,
