台南市長賴清德勘災　憂中央治水經費太少

【王志弘／台南市報導】台南歷經連日暴雨肆虐，今天終於盼到好天氣，市長賴清德仍四處勘災，一連走訪八個災區聽取意見，並指示水利局對症下藥，擬定改善工程。他再次重申「市府不是只會向中央要錢」，治水仰賴中央與地方通力合作、有做有效果，他會持續努力爭取經費。
 
市長賴清德這兩天來馬不停蹄查訪災區，今天上午先到白河、六甲，中午轉往下營、麻豆、善化、楠西、玉井、山上等地。他指出，民進黨執政時編列8年800億治水經費，另因曾文水庫急水溪保護作業增至1160億，但如今全台治水僅靠水利署、營建署每年共23億經費，「這筆經費連台南都滿足不了。」
