一天正常班是7小時
早班是7:00~15:00 晚班是15:00~23:00
本身晚班是15:00~23:00
因公司人員離職導致有人休假另一人一定就要上全天班
連續2天了...
請問這樣一天上兩人的班
正常是否是給加班費而非補休
而刷卡紀錄是7:00~23:00
如果公司沒給加班費有哪些違法
