中信金控總行大樓將於第四季招標，並有望在今年底交割入帳，法人預估，在獲利挹注之下，中信金今年獲利可望創新高，每股稅後盈餘有機會拚3元。對於中信金賣樓拚獲利，怕不怕金控獲利王寶座受威脅？富邦金控總經理龔天行14日在法說會後受訪時強調，「從來沒說經營公司是以獲利金控獲利冠軍為目標，這不是我們的目標」。
中信金總經理吳一揆在13日法說會上表示，中信金總行大樓今年第四季會公開招標，若一切順利，最快今年底就可完成交割入帳，不過，人員的搬遷可能沒這麼快，預計第四季開始搬，明年上半年才會搬完，屆時還會與新買家商量。
由於中信金總行大樓成本約60億元，若以獲利150億元估算，以目前中信金流通在外股本137億股換算，可望貢獻每股盈餘1.09元，法人估計，中信金今年獲利可望大進補超過300億元，創歷史新高，每股稅後盈餘有望拚3元。
目前市場也傳出興富發建設、中悅機構兩大房地產巨擘，將合資收購中信金總行大樓，預估金額超過新台幣200億元，此外，一向對不動產有高度興趣的壽險業也被點名是潛在買家。
對此，龔天行在法說會後受訪指出，「我不知道富邦人壽有沒有在考慮，我並不清楚」，不過，他強調，之前就說過，人壽資金在不動產方面投資仍會繼續佈局及增加，目前不動產投資比重4.5%，希望中長期可以提高至10%，至於有無具體投資個案，「我真不知是否有在評估，但我也沒說完全沒在評估，我真的不知道」。 (接下一頁)
