洪仲丘案 軍檢傳542旅旅長沈威志

為釐清洪仲丘士官猝死案，軍檢專案小組今天上午傳542旅旅長沈威志，洪生前在542旅部連服役，沈威志官拜少將，專案小組上午不願證實沈被傳喚。

但是洪家委任3名律師上午也進入專案小組，律師們透露有一名旅長被傳喚，他們接到通知，代表家屬到場了解情況。律師邱顯智呼籲無論高等或最高等軍事檢察署、桃園地署檢能深入追查，不要讓洪仲丘成為「尹清楓第二」，因為黑幕而犧牲。
