砸錢登廣告 苗縣府挨批

苗栗大埔拆遷案因4戶拒絕拆遷而持續未解決，苗栗縣議會議長游忠鈿今（18）日上午將在立院召開記者會，與30名議員及民眾表態支持縣長劉政鴻進行拆除。竹南大埔自救會等9個在地團體則反批，劉與游等人要「惡人先告狀」，他們也將到總統府前「告官」，列舉劉政鴻任內的「魚肉鄉里10大案」，要馬英九總統「儘速嚴辦劉政鴻等一幫土豪劣紳，以平眾怒」。
苗栗竹南大埔因都市計畫區段徵收有4戶不願拆遷而引發爭議，苗栗縣政府強調將依內政部都市計畫委員會決議拆除，大埔自救會以及反迫遷團體也揚言抗爭到底，引起社會關注。
不過，苗栗縣議會日前則表態支持縣府依法行政，呼籲「外地人」不要干預苗栗縣事務，同時也宣稱將動員50輛遊覽車北上，但由於颱風靠近台灣，苗栗縣議長游忠鈿明日改率30名議員，以及部分大埔民眾北上立法院舉行記者會，要求中央督促苗栗縣政府「應依內政部都委會決議，確實執行拆除工作」。
另一方面，後龍殯葬園區自救會、通霄環保協會、竹南崎頂自救會、苑裡反瘋車自救會等9個苗栗在地自救會與社團，今日也將集體北上總統府「告官」，列舉劉政鴻任內的「魚肉鄉里10大案」，要求「馬總統儘速嚴辦劉政鴻等一幫土豪劣紳，以平眾怒」。
另外，苗栗旅北青年也將發表捍衛苗栗青年聯盟成立宣言，「向劉政鴻宣戰，要劉政鴻放開他們的家鄉」。
