關於平安符 三圈的問題

我剛剛去附近的廟裡求平安符
是 福德的廟吧! 寫功德宮
我進去跟他說我要平安符
他就直接給我了@_@
我問說要不要 擲杯 然後拜拜 然後準備個餅乾之類的
她說都不用=口= 說直接繞三圈就夠了
請問這樣有用麻@@??
