黑心不是第1次　強冠葉家曾賣過期奶粉

強冠企業用強冠餿水油做成「全統香豬油」，強冠董事長葉文祥昨向大眾鞠躬道歉，苗栗老家鄰居爆料，葉家賣不良食品非第一次。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，葉文祥(61歲)出生苗栗後龍鎮，在當地小有名氣，老家鄰居爆料，其堂哥30多年前經營全統公司進口過期奶粉，部分製造養豬飼料，部分重新包裝賣給人喝；該事件當年喧騰一時。

因堂哥賣過期奶粉被抓包，之後由葉文祥接手，生產食用油品也沿用「全統」品牌，再爆黑心油案，鄰居批，葉家族早有不良紀錄。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
