新竹國際動漫觀光節準備開跑，主辦單位邀請同樣是新竹人的田馥甄（Hebe），出席今天中午在台北火車站的記者會，宣告活動正式開始。

「國際動漫觀光節」將於8月30日至9月8日一連10天舉辦，主辦單位也邀請同樣是新竹出身的田馥甄為活動代言，並擔任主題MV女主角，介紹新竹內灣支線的知名景點，為民眾導覽遊玩好去處。

新竹縣長邱鏡淳表示，台灣漫畫夢工廠計劃中的「內灣動漫園區」即將開幕，屆時除了邀請日本偶像團體「Allover」來台演唱外，也將舉辦各種不同動漫競賽及派對，希望民眾趁著9月的中秋連續假期，一起來新竹遊玩。
