律師詹順貴帶領年輕律師與法律系學生組成的「法農小組」，針對土徵條例造成對人民損害的條文作出討論與建議，包括引進公開聽證程序、補償費改以市價計、土徵審議委員會中要有2/3以上NGO推派的民監委員等，並提出民間版修正草案。...(完整影音報導)
