管理鬆懈　菲警察總部大批槍枝失竊

菲律賓警方16日透露，菲國家員警部隊總部內日前發現有59件槍支被盜，警方正在尋找這些槍支下落。菲律賓警方在聲明中稱，這批被盜槍支總價值達1176萬披索(約台幣810萬元)，涉案的兩名嫌疑人已被警方拘押。

據菲律賓警方首都地區犯罪調查及偵緝組主任法哈爾多透露，菲律賓警方槍械供應商JOAVI公司14日清點國家員警總部槍支和爆炸物部門槍械庫內的槍支時發現59件槍支失蹤，其後JOAVI公司雇員蘇瑪律德供認他與另一名嫌犯洛佩茲合夥偷了這些槍支，再由洛佩茲負責尋找買家。洛佩茲當晚也被警方抓捕。菲律賓警方目前正在開展調查，尋找被盜槍支下落，調查購槍人員身份。

菲律賓槍支管理鬆懈，大批無證槍支流散黑市，槍擊案件頻頻發生。5月11日，菲首都大馬尼拉地區奎松市發生一起惡性槍擊案，兩名共乘一輛摩托車的槍手沿路開槍，連續射殺7名無辜路人，一時引發輿論震動。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
