五專三年級被退學

讀到五專三年級下學期,因為生病請假沒附證明被學校退學
那我該怎麼辦,是要從高中一年級開始讀嗎?
有曾經去隨便一間私立學校就讀一個星期,就沒去讀了
請問我現在該怎麼做?可以用轉學考之類的,或學分相抵去讀私立高中2年級嗎?
我今年22歲,能有什麼辦法可以解決嗎?
