白宮14日說，美國副總統拜登下周將訪問波蘭和立陶宛，和區域盟邦討論烏克蘭危機。白宮說，拜登將訪問三天 (周一至周三)：「在他會晤各國領袖時，副總統和也們商討如何採取步驟來支持烏克蘭的主權與領土完整，並且確定我們在北大西洋公約下的集體防衛承諾，以及我國對所有歐洲盟邦和夥伴的永久支持。」
