看《蘋果》做公益　打火弟兄超讚

《蘋果》長期報導弱勢家庭故事，並成立蘋果日報慈善基金會為他們募款，新北市樹林區有群打火弟兄，從去年2月起號召當地警、義消，每月每人捐出100元，針對《蘋果》刊出的動人故事做捐款，已持續1年之久，參與人數也持續增加，現在每月都能捐出近萬元善款。
 
「為幫助人才擔任義消，除平時出力外，手頭有餘力便出錢。」負責統籌的簡姓義消說，在去年2月決定以「樹林打火弟兄」的名號起而行，開始為弱勢募款。他提到，為了讓募款行動持續，參加人每月固定捐出100元，不多也不少，行動因此得以持續，且人數愈來愈多，現在固定都有7、80名的義、警消參與，今年2月份也為1名兒遭撞癱的單親媽媽募得7000多元。（黃靖文／新北報導）
